Maybe was not clear i do not need that local pick up is NOT something used.

There is no national delivery method? I’m not sure I understand what you want to do.

Regardless though, the settings that are there are there. If you need other functionality, you’ll need another extension or customization.

I too came across this nuisance.

We have COD when shipping items with a courier to cities in the whole country, so this should be available only to a select “shipping zone” – the country. Many people here prefer to pay like that.

We don’t want it to appear for the other shipping zones – the rest of the world.

If you set COD to be for “Local Pickup” in “Enable for shipping methods” as in the picture, then there couldn’t be a flat rate option, because “Flat Rate” is needed for both the country and the rest of the world.

And if you include flat rate and local pickup, then the COD is still visible for the rest of the world, too.
