    My site was set up and working with just cash on delivery as the only payment plan. Then I turned cash on delivery off. Now when I turn it back on again (as the only payment plan) I get the message on the checkout page “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state. Please contact us if you require assistance or wish to make alternate arrangements.”
    How to I get cash on delivery to work again?
    I’m using the Storefront theme, WooCommerce 4.7.0 on a Managed WordPress site on GoDaddy. I’ve disabled all my plugins except: Jetpack 9.1, and Sucuri Security 1.8.24. I’ve flushed my cache. I’ve cleaned out all transients. I’ve cleared out customer sessions.
    Help – I need this site up and running in a couple of weeks for a Girl Scout event.
