    Hello,

    I need a help to fix the error in woocommerce store . Whenever someone tries to order on my site through Cash on delivery (COD) payment method, they are redirected to same page showing it’s getting loaded and displaying an error after 3 minutes such as “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any charges in your payment method and review your?order history?before placing the order again.” notification but in the console there’s nothing to describe the error.

    Although it records the order in woocommerce orders, it’s just showing as order is processing right after getting an error on the site.

    I need to fix this ASAP. Please look into it and help me to find the solution.

    This kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Four
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

    Additionally, head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear
    • Product lookup tables – Regenerate
    • Regenerate the product attributes lookup table – Regenerate

    Next, please clear your browser and site cache and then check again.

    Even after the conflict test, the issue is not resolved. I had tried all the ways you had mentioned but there is no change regarding the issue.
    Please look into it and find the solution asap.

    That’s unusual. When you place an order, do you or your customer receive any email notifications? If not, then the issue is tied to the PHPMailer function in your WordPress installation. In this case, I would suggest trying out the WP Mail SMTP by WPForms plugin. Please configure SMTP and see if the error persists.

    If this makes no difference, it would be helpful if you could share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs. You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

    This is the reason why you are getting that error. Can you please install the WP Mail SMTP by WPForms plugin, configure SMTP and see if the error persists.

    why mail involve

    When someone ordered product, it receive in my WooCommerce order, but user got stuck in checkout page when they placed the order.

    Please solve this issue asap.

    If I understand you correctly, the order is placed correctly, but the checkout page keeps spinning in an endless loop? Is that the case?

    No its not help because WordPress address and site address are same and there is no error in console and I’m already checked that desable all plugins and activate default theme but there is no solution.

    My users and costomer get more problems and me also please solve my issue asap.

    But we need to investigate this further to understand what is causing this.

    Can you please check my colleague’s reply here and follow the steps to see if the issue is solved?
    Please let us know how it goes.

    If the issue is not solved, can you please enable?debug mode?and try to run a test order again?
    Then please check for Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.

    Can you also please check server errors?

    Debug mode is also enabled but there is no error in log or status and why mail configuration my issue is related thankyou page and users get stuck on checkout page after placing order.
