Cash on delivery not displayed on checkout

    Hello,

    I have a problem with my e-shop during check out. The delivery option “cash on delivery” until today was visible all the time during check out, but now it is visible only after the customer puts on shipping details (address, post code, city, country etc)..
    Is ?t some sett?ng’s fault?
    I would be grateful if you could help me fix my problem!
