    Hello
When someone uses cash on delivery to pay, they receive the message “Thanks for your payment” but the payment has not yet been made; must receive the email “Thanks for your order”, how do I correct it?

@antoromani It looks like Cash on Delivery uses the Processing order email. If you would like to change the subject, you can do this under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Processing order:

There is a line in the email itself that mentions payment, as well. You can override the template, or use a translation plugin like Loco Translate or Say What? to change the string there.

If you’re just needing to change that one string in the email and nothing else. Say What? is the easiest method. The string is: Just to let you know — your payment has been confirmed, and order #%s is now being processed: and the text domain is woocommerce.
