    Hello,

    I am setting up payment Methods COD ( Cash On Delivery )

    1) I Need Help adding Charges to Cash On Delivery ( It can be Item Wise or Total Order Value )

    2) I need to make sure that Cash On Delivery is Only Valid on Some Country or location base.
