    My problem is that the cash on delivery amount is only displayed in Chrome and Edge browsers. I created the site with WooCommerce extension. The interesting thing is that it doesn’t matter if I create the cash on delivery amount with an extension or if I write code in the functions.php file. And it’s even interesting that if I send the order, the cash on delivery does not even appear when invoicing. So in the Safari and Mozzila firefox browsers, the part that applies to cash on delivery does not seem to run. Thank you in advance for your help.

    This is unusual and not a common issue.

    For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the issue on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io. Please follow the instructions on that page and then paste the URL into this thread.

    Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
