You need to add this code to your theme functions.php

function woa_custom_gateways_hook( $gateways ) {
$gateways[] = ‘cod’; // Delivery for example.
return $gateways;
}
add_filter( ‘woo_cao_gateways’, ‘woa_custom_gateways_hook’, 10, 1 );

You should be using a CHILD theme.
