Cash and external CC payments gateways not showing up

Hi Kilbot,
If I understood well, the free version comes with the cash and external credit card payment gateway? I installed it and these don’t show up as part of the available payment gateways, only paypal is available. I’m running on WP 4.3
Any advice on that?
