Case sensitivity in cloze answers?

    Hi Everyone,

    I am enjoying this plugin to no end. It is helping my supervisor get a lot of things done.

    One question: we would like to enforce case sensitivity for responses to cloze questions. I.e., if the user unnecessarily capitalizes a word in the middle of a sentence (or writes it in all caps), we would like for the answer to be counted as incorrect.

    Is this possible in the current version? If not, I have been working with PHP for a few years now. Which part of the source code could I modify to make this possible?
