Case of the disappearing blog posts

    Hello all,

    Just as a warning, I’m still at about a 2 in a 1-to-5 scale of WordPress advanced editing knowledge… so please forgive me if my question is confusing.

    I have a website https://www.pulleymedia.com that we just transferred from raw HTML to WordPress. The person who did it, couldn’t figure out how to get posts to show up on the page https://www.pulleymedia.com/articles

    Now I’m looking at it, and am stumped too. I tried creating a /blog page and playing around with it there too… to no avail. Here are my issues:

    1) When I go to Settings > Reading and try to set the static home page and post page, there’s no option for my home page. It’s as if it doesn’t exist.

    2) My blog posts don’t seem to know where to go. I created a test and I’m not sure what template this is using, or why it looks the way it does, but it seems to at least resemble the /blog page that I made… so I guess that’s a good thing?
