    Hello Roland!
Thank you again for this awesome plugin, I’ve been using it for quite some time and it works great ??

I have an issue, though: strict search seems to be ON all the time. By that I mean case sensitive search. I tried turning it on and off in the Advanced settings section, but it works only if I input ‘John’ while ‘john’ query returns ‘no records found’.

Any help or advice would be greatly appriciated.

Database searches are normally case-insensitive, but this can be changed by using a different collation setting on your database. If you don’t know what that is, you should probably contact your web host. The default collation setting for an English-based database is usually ‘latin1’ or ‘latin1_swedish_ci’ which will give you case-insensitive searches.

Thank you so much for your response!!!
Yes, changing the collation solved the problem.
    Thank you again!
