Case insensitive ordering of terms?

    Hi,

    I love this plugin and particularly appreciate that it adds just the one block that I need, and not a library of extra blocks I don’t need, or want to sort through in the Block Inserter. Thank you!! It also works really well.

    I see the ordering is not case insensitive. Is there a setting or way to change the order to case insensitive? For example, the following terms are currently ordered:

    AVR
    Abduction
    Auth or auth
    alk phos

    So uppercase letters are always ordered before lowercase letters. My client would like the order to be case insensitive so:

    Abduction
    alk phos
    Auth or auth
    AVR

    Is this possible?
