Casche not updating on iphone/ipad etc

  • Hi there,
    I have noticed that when I add new infomration to my blog https://seizethestamp.com/blog/ it will show instantly on my desktop comuter but will no update on my iphone/ipad etc – it usually shows stories I updated 3 days before.

    I delete the cashe etc but unsure what is causing the problem. I have also texted this issue on my husbands android phone and it also shows older posts, not new ones.

    Can you please shed some light into what is going on?
