    Hello.

    I have essentially the same situation described in this earlier support topic:
    use field 1 choice as lookup for field 2 database lookup

    Although no working solution was provided, the issue has been marked as ‘resolved’. I wonder if you would mind sharing the working solution.

    I have a form with 2 sets of radio buttons. Both are directly populated from a database. The available options in the second set need to be filtered based so that the user is only presented with options that are valid when combined with the selection made in the first set.

    I am new to your product, so prior to purchase I need to be certain that it can do what I need it to do.

    Also, I am using the latest current version of WP as well as the latest version of your product.

    Unfortunately, there is no such functionality to use the conditional fields for the data populated from a database.

    However, the feature you wish to have would be a great addition. So could you please add your suggestion to our Submit Your Idea page?
