Cartpage does not open

  • Hi!

    My website has been working normally but today the cartpage stopped working. I have woocommerce. It does not open when you click the cart-icon. Also I am using Ajax-cart so in product page under the price the is “add to cart” does not work it only loads…

    I looked Google’s developer tolls and it shows this error:

    wc.min.js?ver=7.1.7:1 Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘indexOf’)
    at i (wc.min.js?ver=7.1.7:1:2422)

    When I tried to press the cart-icon the link is: javascript:;

    Also when i tied to press it on mobile it shoes this link: about:blank#blocked

    I also have WP rocket cache plugin and did the recommended steps from their website so cache is not the problem. I also checked all of my plugins and there are not problems either.

    The theme that I use is Themify shoppe and I do not have a child theme so I was wondering is there the problem?

    It’s a known theme issue that has been fixed in the latest version of your theme.

    Please update the theme.

    Hi thank you George!

    I only have the free version so where do I get the latest version update or do I have to buy the license. My latest vesrion is downloaded from the https://hoganchua.com/update/ (updated may 28th 2023).

    Themify’s Shoppe theme is a commercial product. There’s no free version, at least not an officially distributed one, to the best of my knowledge.

    If you’re using a bootleg “free” copy, we can’t help you with that here. We can only help with themes downloadable from www.remarpro.com.
