Cartflows Checkout does not redirect to the “thank you” page. It keeps loading

    Cartflows Checkout does not redirect to the “thank you” page. It keeps loading.

    After clicking purchase, the checkout page should supposedly redirect to the thank you page. Instead, what it does is it keeps on loading.

    Nonetheless, I still receive the new order in my email.

    I already tried deactivating all my caching plugins but still it does not work. Before while these caching plugins were activated, it worked fine so I think it has nothing to do with these plugins.

    I suspect that it was the auto update of my WordPress to 5.6 this morning that caused this problem.

    I really need help.

    Welcome to the CartFlows Support!

    WordPress update should not be the cause of the issue. We checked the same on our side, and it is working fine.

    Can you please check if the thank you page shortcode is added correctly on the thank you page?

    If you are using the cache plugin on your site then Can you please exclude the CartFlows pages from the cache plugin and server-side cache too?

    If you are still facing the issue, then please follow the step mentioned in below doc.
