    There is an issue on the checkout page when a client cannot make a payment due to the error “Billing phone is required” when using the PayPal Express Checkout Gateway and CartFlows at the same time, although the phone number is actually entered.
    I had to disable the CartFlows.

    That’s odd. Actually, we have released an fix for the similar issue a few days back.

    So, can you please let me know that are you using any other checkout field editor plugin on your website. If yes then can you please try deactivating it once?
