    Hello @mad-ascent

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

I am not sure that I understand your question fully, can you please elaborate it more with the help of screenshot or video so that I can get a better idea of it.

As per your info, it seems that the checkbox is getting displayed on the checkout page and it is clickable is that is the problem you are facing?

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

When integrating mailerlite, there is this option at the checkout a checkbox that customers agree to subscribe for the newsletter, which does not come up when using cartflow as global checkout

    Hello @mad-ascent

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Can you please let me know that is it coming on the default WooCommerce’s checkout page?

Also, is there a setting in the MailerLite plugin that will allow you to select the position of that checkbox to change. Such as place it after the customer details or before the submit button?

If yes, then can you please try selecting the before submit button position and let me know how it goes.

I am looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello there,

I changed to your suggestion and checkout box is now visible … but still MailerLite is not working properly and here is what i get from MailerLite support:

“At the moment it would only sync subscribers into ML, but it won’t trigger any e-commerce workflows, it would not work with the plugin ‘Cartflow’ as it’s not compatible with this plugin. Sorry we cannot be of more help.”

    Hello @mad-ascent

Thank you for getting in touch with us!

Actually, the CartFlows does not provides any direct integration with such plugins.
But the CartFlows is dependant on the WooCommerce and creating a order in the WooCommerce with the help of same checkout fields that are of the WooCommerce.

So, to help you with this more if you integrate that plugin with the WooCommerce then it will also work with the CartFlows.

For example, if the order is placed from the CartFlows page then the CartFlows will create a new order in the WooCommerce. Now as soon as the WooCommerce gets the new order it should notify the MailerLite Plugin and that plugin will send all the order tails to your list which is associated to the current order ID.

Also, can you please check that is it working with the default WooCommerce’s checkout page too.

    I hope this clarifies you.
    ?
Please let me know in case you have more questions.
