• If there is a product added to cart then it becomes impossible to load either the cart or checkout pages. I have 128M php memory, latest version everything and have tried default themes with all other plugins disabled. The page will not load.

If I go to WC settings>shipping and uncheck ‘enable shipping’ the cart & checkout pages work but obviously with no shipping charge added. Also if the cart is empty that page works just fine.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, this is driving me crazy.

  • There’s the database repair script at /wp-admin/maint/repair.php to try, or try reinstalling WooCommerce from a fresh download. You might rename .htaccess temporarily to be able to rule out a permalink issue. I’m not hopeful with any of those steps.

It looks like you’ve exhausted the usual debug steps. If the default theme with a fresh WooCommerce doesn’t work, then something is corrupted. Consider starting over with a fresh install. You may want to install to a sub-directory and when ready, point your url to the new site.

Wasn’t aware of the repair trick, thanks. My tables are ok and doesn’t seem to be permalink related either. I’ll do a bit more poking around and try the fresh install if everything else fails though.
