Cart66 and paypal express shipping issues

I have been using Cart66 lite with paypal express checkout and i noticed that some empty orders where coming in – I got in touch with the customers and they could not buy from the site it kept going to €0 at checkout. I therefore tried using paypal standard and set up the shipping calculations through paypal and it worked fine.

I have since tried to convert back to paypal express checkout as i like the fact that it takes the customer back to the site and also lists the shipping charges on the checkout pages. The problem now is that the shipping settings don’t appear.

Has anyone else had this issue with cart66 and paypal and is there any way of sorting it
