• Hello,

    I’m using this plugin on a local site currently, and it won’t auto clear the cart. I’ve set it for 1 minute in the Products > Inventory page, but I still have a full basket a number of minutes later.

    I’ve also tried setting an expiration date in the Integrations page, but I’m getting no joy.

    Is there anything I can about this? The functionality is vital to what I’m offering.

    Have you checked the ‘Enable Item Expiration’ configuration setting? By default items are not expired unless this is checked.

    Yes, definitely, and I’ve set it at “1 minute” for testing purposes.

    You’re going to have to supply some more information. Screenshots of the issue, screenshot of the plugins settings, Info on how the product is setup, etc.

    I seem to have stumbled across the issue – it’s related to my stock level on the back end versus the amount displayed on the front end (500 vs 492). Just to confirm, this isn’t something caused by your plugin?

    I can’t reproduce this issue on my test setup. If you can provide more information I can see if I can troubleshoot the issue.
