cart updates only after page refresh

    I have just installed the plugin and testing it now.
    I have created a test page with 3 items and a cart ([downloads] and [download_cart] shortcodes).

    Howerver when I add a new item to the cart it only updates the total amount.
    But after a page refresh I can see the items there.

    Is this maybe a ajax problem?
    There are no security plugins installed…

    Any ideas?

  • It looks like you’re talking about a widget? Is this Correct? You may be having an issue with your server caching the sidebar template. You can ask your host to help ignore caching the sidebar file.

    If you’re not using the sidebar, can you help me with what theme / set up you’re using and I can help you debug?

    Hi Russell,
    we are using another plugin/solution now.
    But it was our own server/template and there was no caching activated.
    We used the shortcode.
