    Hi,

Is there any way at all that the cart could be updated from another cart?

We have a floating cart and we’d really like it if your cart updated when we updated the floating cart, i.e. ideally adding or removing items, or emptying the basket within the floating cart, updates yours accordingly?

    Thanks,

Actually sorry, the problem is when the basket is emptied.

It updates fine by adding items and taking items away, but your cart does not recognize when the floating cart is emptied. It remains with items in it until the page is refreshed.

Any help or advice would be so welcome.

Hi! Our plugin hooks into the WooCommerce AJAX system (unless you have enabled the “Custom AJAX” option in the Menu Cart settings, which I would not recommend in this situation), If emptying the floating cart foes not update menu cart it means that they don’t trigger a cart update or fragments refresh in WooCommerce so our plugin cannot pick this up either. I recommend contacting the developers of the floating cart plugin – let us know if you need any additional information from us about this!

Yes, I’m sticking to the WooCommerce Ajax system.
OK, thanks very much. I’l try that.
