Cart total discount

Is it possible to only show the applied discount in the order total section?

I have applied a bulk discount of 10% off to all products but I only want this to be shown to be applied to the total value shown. I do want each individual product to have a 10% discount but I don’t want customers to see a 10% discount being taken off each individual product. I only want them to see that 10% is taken off the final order total before they place the order.
