I understand the cart side pop-up stopped working on your site after the latest WooCommerce update; however, please consider that the way your site looks and works mostly depends on the theme you’re using.
In this scenario, since you mention using Woostify, you should consider reaching out to their support team to ask for an update to ensure their theme is compatible with the latest WooCommerce update. You can do that here: https://woostify.com/contact/.
In the meantime, you can consider rolling back to 9.2.3 while your theme gets updated to catch up! You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to do that. We also suggest trying any updates on a secure environment first to prevent conflicts from happening on live sites.
