    Hi,
    We have noticed that abandoned carts are successfully created after products are added to the cart. Subsequently, if a customer places an order, the cart remains abandoned. This happens on orders from registered users, it always happens and it happens even if the order goes to the “order completed” status. We do not use the email sending service.
    Can you help me understand?

    Hi @marcocreabit,

    I tried to replicate this issue at our end but I am unable to replicate the same.

    Can you please let us know what time you have set to “Cart abandonment cut-off time” and what time is the order placed? This will give us an idea about whether the order was placed in the same session or not.
