    “Sorry, ‘item’ was removed from your cart because you didn’t checkout before the expiration time.”
    even after checkout and successful payment. is this plugin works rightly when heavy traffic is adding items in their carts?

    There haven’t been any other reports of any issues like this. After checkout and payment the cart should be emptied so these messages shouldn’t come up. Perhaps your payment processor isn’t properly emptying the cart or there is another plugin conflict.

    We had not selected any option from this field.. “Ignore Order Status”..
    Could it have been happened because of this?

    It depends what order status your payment processor uses while it is being processed. All items will expire from the cart when their expiration time is hit, unless they are excluded by the order status.
