    Hi,

    I don’t know why but when the plugin is active if I add 2 or three products to the basket, the basket does not contain at all what I have just added, I very often find myself having only one product.
    If I deactivate the plugin, however, everything works correctly.

    Does anyone here encounter the same issue?

    Hey! I have try by disabling all plugins but flexible shipping woocommerce and the essentials one for my theme and still no luck.

    The link is: https://mylegaize.com however i have uninstall flexible shipping in the meanwhile we can find a solution.

    I can make an admin user for you if yo uwant to check some more since in the console i don’t get anything when the error happens.

    It’s also important to say that the error happens just for guests users when you are logged in the error doesnt happend and my store is set so that the guest users can buy without an account

    i can’t send a message since i dont have a suscription on your website. I use the free version of the plugin. I have disabled the ajax cart option of woodmart and flexible shipping is working now. It seems like your plugin changed the hook of add to cart recently and it stop working with ajax

    As a free plugin user, you can use Pre-sale question as an option in the https://octolize.com/support/ form.

    As we mentioned earlier, we have not made any significant changes in the recent Flexible Shipping updates. If previous versions of Flexible Shipping worked, and now they don’t, it looks like changes on the part of the theme you are currently using.

    Given that you have found the cause of the error – a feature in the Woodmart theme, could you please go back to the theme authors with this information and verify if this is something they can fix?

    Compatibility with third-party themes is not guaranteed, and this may be the quickest way to get support on this issue. We are saving this matter for further analysis in the future, but at this point we do not offer a ready solution yet.
