WPML: 4.3.12 (Last)

As you can see, appears two options to select.
Only has to appear Barcelona and the price, no option to choice

Item #1: 0.960Kg, shipping class: ZONA 2 Barcelona, quantity: 1
etc
Total order weight: 0.960Kg
Order subtotal: 7,42€
Shipping destination: Barcelona

4. I expect to see
— Regular Shipping: 4.8€

5. I do see instead:
Weight Based Shipping (with no shipping price)
