    Hey there ??

    Thanks for reaching out!

It looks like your sites Cart page is not loading as expected in Chrome, correct?

I have gone to your site, and the Cart page seems to be loading without any issues when using Chrome:

As a first step, can you please try clearing your browser cache and see if this resolves the issue?

If the issue is still present on your end, I’d also suggest ensuring that you are using a supported and up-to-date browser. This can be checked here:

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I cleared the browser cache and also updated Chrome but I’m still getting the same problem.

Here is a screenshot of what I’m seeing

Strangely it works on Chrome for both iPhone and Android.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks!

Just to add that I am having the same problem using the ecosia browser on an Android phone.

    Hi @enomen,

I’ve tried replicating the issue across various browsers on my Mac and Android phone, including Chrome, and everything appears to be working smoothly. In addition to Chrome, I’ve also tested on Safari, Opera, Blisk, Firefox, and Hola Browser. I even gave the Ecosia Browser a try: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1v5szSMouyRYSd2QdTpUIgu3zF8UzRvQS/view?usp=sharing.

Could you please try the following steps to help us troubleshoot the issue further:

    1. Try accessing your site in Incognito mode in Chrome. If the issue does not occur in this mode, it could be related to a Chrome extension causing it.
    2. Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser settings. WooCommerce relies heavily on JavaScript for many of its features, including the cart page.
    3. If possible, try accessing your site from a different device or network to rule out any device or network-specific issues.

Please let us know how these steps go; if the issue persists, we will continue investigating further.

Thanks for getting back to me. It turned out it was an issue with cookies when non-necessary cookies were blocked. I’ve now set made the relevant cookies to necessary and the problem is resolved.

Thanks very much for your help!
