Cart Page not working

  • For WooCommerce Storefront, my cart page is not collecting any information. The Checkout page is working, but the cart is always empty.

    Any Ideas?

    Site is partially in russian but it is fairly simple. just click an add to cart button and view the cart page to see for yourself.
