    My site is having issues for non-logged-in users. When they add items to their cart everything appears to work fine, but when they go to their cart page it’s blank. Turns out that it’s not blank but only shows the “[woocommerce_cart]” code for the cart. If they go to their checkout page everything is there. So, there is an issue with the cart code for non-logged-in users. Everything works fine for users who are logged into their account on my site.

    I’d like to have more information in order to help you.
    What version of WooRewards do you use, Standard or Pro ?

    Does the problem happen when you activate WooRewards and disappears if you deactivate WooRewards ?

    WooCommerce Version 3.8.0

    Yes, it only happens when WooRewards is activated.

    Also, now I have the following message in my Plugins section of WooCommerce:

    “WooRewards cannot contact licence server. Plugin update encounters difficulties.
    It is a known issue on some web host providers working with clusters. Please contact your host provider and ask for https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com”

    What does “ask for https://plugins.longwatchstudio.com” mean?

    I assume you’re talking about WooRewards Pro 3.8 ?

    Regarding the last message, it may come from a maintenance we made on our website this morning, the service was temporarily unavailable.

    Since you have WooRewards Pro, you should contact the support directly by sending some elements at [email protected]

    Please provide some elements :

    • A screenshot of the cart page, both with and without woorewards activated
    • If you have an error log, please provide the errors logged
    • You can also provide a screenshot of your woorewards/woocommerce settings that you will find in WooRewards → Settings → WooCommerce

    Since it is a WooRewards Pro matter, I will close the topic here.
