Cart Page main menu issue

hello, am new to website making.
My cart page main menu is not matching the other pages main menu (my main menu has a color on all the other pages but it is colorless on the cart page)… please advise how can i make it matching to the other pages.. appreciate if you can advise step by steo how to fix this as am a beginner
