I have live site, and a staging/test site.

On the staging site, the CART page body has 2 columns.
The leftmost column has Product & Total info.
And the right column has Basket/cart info.

The live site Cart page body has one wide column:
At the top is the Product info, in tabular format
and beneath it is the Basket/cart info.

How do I change between the two formats?
(I don’t remember having created a new template)

    Hi @baz74,

Do you have the same theme on your live and staging sites? Could you kindly verify if you’re using the same template, setting and block/shortcode on your cart page?

For better assistance, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
    • Your live and staging site URL.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and send the link here.

Looking forward to resolving this issue for you.

    Hi @baz74,

    Thanks for sharing additional information.

I’ve checked both sites and noticed you’ve used the cart shortcode on the tagging site. However, on the live site, you’re using the cart block on the cart page. This difference is causing the variation in style.

If you want the same style on your live site as on the staging site, here’s what you can do:

    • Navigate to Pages > All pages and open the Cart page.
    • Once it’s loaded, you have two options. You can switch to the classic cart block or remove the entire block and insert the cart shortcode instead. [woocommerce_cart]

I hope this helps! Please let us know how it goes or if you need further assistance.

    Thanks @shameemreza, that solved it.
Without your help I would never have guessed/found the problem.
