    Hello! Sometimes when I add a product to the cart and get to the cart or checkout page.

    (I have the option to redirect to cart activated)

    When I get to the cart page, or checkout. It appears to me that the cart is empty.

    However, I have already added a product to the cart.

    Does anyone know why this may be?

    You do have a lot of errors running on that page with your conversion tracking. I’m wondering if it’s messing with the cart functions. Maybe comment those all out and test.

    I’d also disable all your plugins and test as well. Maybe create a staging area where you can test.

    Hi there @rebajaslocascom,

    As @serafinnyc mentioned, doing some testing on a staging site to rule out conflicts with other plugins or code in a custom theme would be a good idea. We have a guide for conflict testing here:

    One other common cause of issues like the one you are seeing is caching. Often, when adding a product to the Cart, then browsing to the Cart or Checkout page and seeing no products in the Cart, caching is to blame.

    Please make sure your Cart, Checkout, and My Account pages are all excluded from any caching plugins you have installed on the site. Also, please reach out to your hosting company to make sure those pages are excluded from caching on the server itself as well.
