Cart Orders page shows nothing

Hi,

I am able to create product and add to cart and even go through to Paypal to complete the purchase. Paypal sandbox has recorded the sales.

Paypal also redirects back correctly to the intended page. But the following problems persist:
– No entry entered on the Cart Orders page
– An empty entry can be found in the trash bin of the Cart Orders page. All the fields in the form are empty.
– No confirmation email is sent to the seller
– Nothing is in the ipn_handle_debug.txt even Enable Debug is checked

I have tried numerous troubleshooting including
– using both live and sandbox emails
– enabled Sandbox Testing
– tried both checked and unchecked Paypal Smart Checkout
– also tried checked and unchecked disable standard paypal checkout.

Please help.
