Cart Orders Go to Trash

    Hello,

    I am doing the sandbox testing, all the orders placed are showing in Trash with no order details. Only a Order no is there and when I restore it and click on view there is nothing, all the fields are blank.

    I have setup the return URL and IPN enabled in my paypal account.

    Also I have received an Identity Token for PDT, where it is to use?

    I have checked your support threads with the same question, you have mentioned that the issue will be resolved and that is a year old thread.
    I am still facing the same issue. Please help me out.

    Hi Amjad Khan have you also tried to purchase a product without using Sandbox?

    Hi,

    Everything is ok now. Cart Order is now showing all the details. The problem was with my use of paypal test account.

    I am having a same issue.When I am using sandbox account the order of the cart is going to the trash.I have gone through the forum and had double checked the paypal sandbox account and still haveing the issue.
