Cart Notification Issues

I have just set up WooCommerce on this site and am experiencing several cart-related issues.

1) When the cart button is enabled in the header AND there is an item in the cart, the text and image runs off the screen. When viewed on a smaller laptop screen, everything to the right of the “View Cart” button runs off the side of the screen. https://imgur.com/a/hlFe6

2) When there is nothing in the cart, I get two persistent notifications in the header at the same time. One says “Product was added to your cart” and the other says “No products in the cart.” https://imgur.com/a/Df7gm

3) The checkout page shows random, inconsistent notifications in the header and below the PayPal button even though there is an item in the cart: https://imgur.com/a/Mkh3z

I am using WooCommerce with the Impreza theme and the LearnPress WooCommerce Payment Add-On. I am running the most current version of everything on my site. Can you advise on how to proceed?
