    Hi,

I’m not exactly sure when it happened but I noticed the cart messages are broken in that they show the message smaller and with an icon next to it. I presume the website developer had overrode the CSS.

I found this page: https://developer.woo.com/2023/04/12/woocommerce-blocks-10-0-0-release-notes/ and that’s exactly what I see (the blue information one).

I think there may have been a very small border around it, but overall it looked natural and now it doesn’t. That article doesn’t say what the old CSS was so I don’t know what to look for to apply to the new CSS.

So the question is, how do I override the new CSS so that there is no icon and no border around my notice (so notice stays actual size and not shrunk a little)?

    Thanks!!

Hi there @df7729, thanks for reaching out!

If I understand you correctly, updating your WooCommerce plugin broke your store cart notifications?

In order to be able to understand your site setup properly, could you please share with us your system status report, which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

I think I just need the answer of what CSS is used to get rid of the icon on cart notices as well as any padding around the border. Read this note: https://developer.woo.com/2023/04/12/woocommerce-blocks-10-0-0-release-notes/

They knowingly broke CSS but didn’t say how to fix it or apply the old CSS to the new.

    Thanks!

    Hey, @df7729!

The post you are sharing is from WooCommerce Blocks 10.0 release notes. WooCommerce Blocks is now integrated into WooCommerce Core, and the latest version it had before it was 11.7.0, so version 10.0 was already outdated by then.

So it is best that we investigate this issue further to make sure we know what is causing the issue.

For us to do this, please share the information my colleague requested so we can take a look at what is going on on your site ??

If you can also share screenshots of the issue, that would be great too. I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

Thank you, However, it’s fixed!! the latest round of updates I applied yesterday fixed it. So either woo or the theme update fixed it.
