There are a few things that might be causing this.

The first step to figure out is to make sure that the Cart and Checkout pages are not being cached. You can check that with your host.

Also, if you have any caching plugins, please disable them and see if the issue persists.

If this does not work, please let us know so we can continue to assist you. When you do, please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.

maybe ajax is disable for your site, maybe you need to change theme and test again.

I’ve checked your system status reports, and it looks like your theme is overriding the default mini cart template. I’d suggest reaching out to your theme developer for further help. They’ll be able to address the Cart Fragments script or Ajax issue.

In the meantime, you may try adding this code snippet to your child theme’s functions.php and see whether it resolves or not:
