Cart not updating !

  • Hi,

    The plugin looks great on paper, and unfortunately but I am struggling with it.

    My problem is simple…
    I am going on my client galleries page ( https://hkvisuals.com/client-galleries/ ), then I choose the InMotion series (the images used are only for testing).
    I click on the cart, select a product type and a product, choose “1” as quantity and then click on “add to basket”.

    I guess that what is supposed to be the next step is my order to show up in the cart section… But it doesn’t. Sometimes it appears but hours later, which is not something I can work with. And if it ever appears it is impossible for me to update cart, erase an item or add one…

    How can I fix this?

  • I am going to guess that you have a caching plugin installed or there is server level caching. Sunshine does apply WordPress standards for preventing caching when necessary but there may be a caching plugin that does not follow this standard. However, usually it is server level caching that is causing the problem. If that is the case you would need to ask your web host how to prevent caching on all the Sunshine related pages.
