Cart not transferring data

I am set to manual payment method, although I will be using paypal standard eventually.

When I make a purchase, all information is not transferred from the form to database. On my purchase record, all the contact information is stored, but the price info is not. the price, description tax, all that information is not in the store sales page, or in the email I received as a customer. Please help.
