Whatz up my sexy home slice,

I installed your menu plugin and it shows up fine on desktop view. However, it does not show up on mobile menus at all. How would I get it show up on those menus because this is main reason I installed your plugin. I am using the Retailer theme and the site is beautywaxclub.com.

    Thank you for your help.

Hi! I checked the code of your theme, but unfortunately it doesn’t support custom items in the menu. Technically speaking, the theme implements its own ‘Walker’ class for the mobile menu (Walker_Nav_Menu_Dropdown), and they don’t provide any hooks or other ways for plugins to add items to that menu. I’m afraid that means that this plugin will not work for the mobile menus in your theme.

I’m sorry I can’t help you with this!

If I purchased the pro version – can I use the shortcode option to add it to the custom links option in the menu? Will this possibly work for me in the mobile menu?

    I’m afraid not ??
While the shortcode indeed lets you position the cart item freely in a page, header or widget, it’s will not work as a custom link. In your case it will need to be incorporated in the mobile dropdown menu which is a specific requirement this the plugin can’t fulfill (or any plugin, due to the nature of the theme). I think your best bet is to ask the theme developers if they have a solution for this as the theme does seem to have multiple options for cart icons.

    Good luck!
