Cart Not Showing Up

Hello,
I cannot get the Cart button to show up after installing WP.
I am pretty new to WordPress so may be it’s just me.I’ve read few other posts and made sure the Menu name matches the setting in the Cart Menu settings.
The url is dev.slendertone.com.au
Any help will be much appreciated.
