Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
It turns out it was due to code that the child theme plugin had added to the functions.php of the child theme when creating it that was stopping this from loading.
Thanks for your response, thought I’d better update you, as only found this due to another issue on the order page after removing this from the cart page, as the order page was not loading either…
