Cart not expanding automatically

    Hi there
    I’ve installed the plug in, and it shows on my page.
    When adding a product to the cart I expect the modal cart to open automatically, but it doesn’t.
    What do I need to do to get this working?

    Hello, is the option “open on add” active? In the main options tab.

    Yes, “Open modal on product add” is set to active

    Can you check into woocommerce -> settings -> products if “redirect to cart page” is checked?

    It is. And also “Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives”

    You have to uncheck that option. If “redirect to cart page” is checked, ajax doesn’t work because you are telling WooCommerce to redirect to cart page everytime an add to cart occours.

    Hi again. Have now unchecked this option. Now the cart doesn’t open when product added (as expected), but nor does the plug-in cart. When I click on the cart icon the new cart expands and shows upsell as intended.
    Any more ideas on how to make this happen automatically?
