    Paypal changed their API to fix the SSL vulnerability (called POODLE) sometime in the last month. We just released an update (v 1.9.11) to fix this. So just update to the latest version and you should be good to go.

    Hasn’t resolved it for me – and I have uploaded the latest version and purchased all the extensions.

    How to your problem resolved? My cart not empty too after a successful payment.

    Please upgrade to version 2.0. This version no longer requires that you manually set PayPal PDT and IPN settings in PayPal, which was the main reason some users would’t receive notifications from PayPal in WP.

    Also, make sure that your server has CURL PHP extension installed. Without it, PayPal cannot “talk” to your website. Ask your web host if you are unsure what this means.

    I just made a test purchase today and did not receive emails with download links until I went into Paypal and enabled the IPN feature. Then I did receive the emails OK. I do have CURL enabled on my site. I am not seeing my cart empty once the payment has been received either. Any other ideas about what might be wrong and how to fix? I am on version 2.0.3.

    Same is happening for me, after a successful purchase the email is sent with download links, but the user’s cart does not clear. I’m running Sell Media 2.0.4

    Thad. Currently on Sell Media v 2.06. Does this version override PayPal settings. Should the IPN settings be on or off?
    1. Receive IPN messages (Enabled)
    2. Do not receive IPN messages (Disabled)

    The IPN system is not working so download instructions are being sent without links and then the cart doesn’t clear. The payments page show a blank transaction of $0.

    I tried all the suggestions given, but still couldn’t get it to work. I gave up on using the plugin.
