This is the error that is being thrown when checking

$form.block is not a function

Try to switch theme to the standard one.

Once I switched it back to twentytwelve theme the cart updates fine.

Is there a way to tell whats missing or broken in the childtheme ?

Is there anyway that I can check what’s missing from the childtheme so I can get this to work ??
