  • There is a huge number of things that can be causing this. You didn’t share enough information.

Do you have Polylang installed? What is the condifuration for urls and your default language?
What have you configure for your woocommerce pages? It should be the pages in the default pages.

You say the page is made Latvian – how do you achieve that?

Hi @decarvalhoaa, thanks for trying to help. Answering your questions:
    1. Do you have Polylang installed? — Yes.
    2. What is the condifuration for urls and your default language? — Please take a look https://take.ms/Cr52o
    3. What have you configure for your woocommerce pages? It should be the pages in the default pages. — Here are all my Cart pages https://take.ms/cN5QI

Here is the page — https://take.ms/peH3H

    All seems good.

Do you have the woocommerce language files installed for LV? Check also if the language file for LV has the cart strings translated. Open the Lang file and search for “Your cart is currently empty” and see if there is a string translation.

If the files are installed and fully translated, suggest you deactivate all plugins except polylang, woocommerce and Woopoly and check if the page then is translated. If yes, there is maybe one plugin causing the issue. Activate one by one to find out which. If that doesn’t help finding the problem, try install the free theme storefront from woothemes to check if maybe is your theme causing the issue.

    Hope this helps.

    A

@decarvalhoaa — here is the file for woocommerce https://take.ms/jaJHl — maybe the problem is here?

You should have .mo and .po for all the languages you have configured.

Note also, that many language files are not 100% complete. Often there are string translations missing.

I use the free Loco Plugin to check whether the language files are 100% translated and update it iof required. It also creates/updates the compiled binary file version (.mo extension) after you do changes to the language file.
